I hv something like a fatty layer at the base of penis on left side which is soft while flaccid and becomes little hard on erection,it also pains a little sometimes and also makes my penis bend a very little towards left side ,I also feel a lil groin pain and nearby areas ,i hv uploaded a pic related to this ,please tell me and give me a proper answer what exactly it is ,it might be a secreation which is normal or is it a pyronie??? It doesn't cause pain when touched or any kind of discomfort,am not much worried but still need ur help to stop thinking about it

I hv a fatty layer like plaque at the base of my penis which is also making it to curve on left side and also feel a lil pain at that point sometimes but otherwise it is very soft and painless to touch and doesn’t cause much discomfort but I also feel a little pain at the pelvic region and groin please look on the base of penis in the right of photo the yellowish skin layer fatty ones

I have Penis sensitivity after masturbation by hitting penis up and down, it comes and goes for days and feels like tenderness or maybe soreness and it is a huge discomfort and makes me very sad. Hello, I am male and I recently tested positive for chlamydia in both the penile and anal region.Before the diagnosis, I experienced some symptoms, mostly some discomfort when peeing. I started taking doxycyclin 4 days ago (1 pill/morning, 1 pill/evening), and my treatment is supposed to last 21 days in total. However, since yesterday, i've been experiencing symptoms similar to a UTI: I have a constant need to pee, and also feel like I need to defecate often. Is it possible I also got an UTI?

My problem is early chronic pancreatitis in CT scan report.this problem starting since 2015 in month of September.I loss my weight about to 15kg.when my starting my problem my weight was 63 and 2018 in March my weight was about 48kg in 2.5 years.after I consume Creon capsule my weight was gain it was about 54kg in July.but my problem was not recover like not clear my stool properly and left side of upper abdomen stomach region is discomfort and some times its loosemotion.so what can I do?plzhelp

Recently I have been diagnosed with grade 1 varicocele and I have consulted an urologist however he told me that no surgery was needed unless I felt like the pain was too strong. I only feel pain and discomfort when I play sports however I am soccer player and I am striving to play on college this year and the pain it's pretty bad when I exercise and it doesn't let me perform as well as I used to . 3years before after spinal cords tumor surgery at D11-12 I became paraplegic with loss of sense in bowel & bladder. After 3 years now I can walk help with walker. And bladder function restore but till now bowel function is irregular. Normally I feel bowel urge after 2 days and stools is very hard difficult to pass. When I feel very discomfort then I use dulcolax suppositories in rectum for bowel movement. Can I use dulcolax suppositories regular basis ? please suggest

I am having these boils and lumps under my armpits on both sides and it's causing so much pain and discomfort and I also noticed that these boils are in group.i often get rashes here due to sweating and rubbing of the skin so I tried to put some itch guard cream for relief but guess it didn't worked well.i do use deodorants but this summer I also tried putting some (boroplus ice) telecom powder and for the first time I'm experiencing these lumps and boils.please Suggest something that can ease this painful irritation.
