Hello Dr... I m really in a confused state... V actually had sex on 26th jan nd arnd 31_ 2 feb i had my period nd later on 4-5feb i had like spotting... And i had vomition,nausea, headaches, some discomfort in stomach, softer breast.white Vaginal discharge . But my urine test was negative .. And this could be more than 4 weeks and now i m having brown color discharge. Is there any chance that i could be pregnant?

From few days I have been suffering from stomach pain on lower right side, if I eat or drink water/juice it get relief say 1 to 3 hours and again pain starts. My urinate is very free, no smell and no discomfort. I am non smoker and non drinker. From feb 18 due to some problems my dinner is getting late say around 10.30 to 11 pm Please advise me on next step Thanks in advance

Hello Doc, I had undergone perianal abscess surgery in Nov 2016. After 2 months, a fistula was developed which needed a surgery as well, I underwent VAAFT in Feb 2017. It's almost an year now, I do not have any pain but still feel the thread/pin down under while wiping. It creates a little discomfort sometimes, can you please advise how long does it take for the thread to get dissolved ? Do I need to stay away from weight lifting until it is completely dissolved,  Do I need to visit for examination ? Or Any scan would help to be sure? Thanks in advance.

Pain in left testicle + groin area left side + sometimes sensation in the left inner thigh. Coming and going for last 3 years. Pain is bearable but causes lot of discomfort. I had to caress my left testicle to relax. Ultrasound done thrice. No stone found anywhere. MRI also done 3 years back with no significant findings. What should i do ? Is this some nerve issue ? Shall i see some other specialist ? Am i some vitamin deficient? Doctor pls help Thanks

My son was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. He is awaiting a visit with a rheumatologist. He has been having stomach pain and had a ct scan 3 days ago. No results are back yet. He still has discomfort and now white spots are in his mouth. He is taking an acid reflux prescription given to him for upset stomach and a pain killer of some sort. Could these spots be a result of the meds?

38 year old Male. A few days ago had a few drops of blood at the end of my urine. No pain or burning sensation. It hasn’t happen again for a few days. I then purchased a UTI test from the pharmacy and it shows positive for white blood cell but, negative for nitrate. I don’t have a problem going to the bathroom. Every now and then I get a slight pain on my right flank or lower abdomen. They are random and don’t hurt much. Just a bit of discomfort. I’m seeing my doctor in a few days.

2 months back I rested my face on right hand and felt some soft muscles getting pushed in the right jaw with my hand. The right jaw remained tender for few days with little discomfort while chewing. I filling chest pain tightness habiness sharp and discomfort since the last 1.5 years. My xray ecg echo are normal and tmt is negative. What is cause of chest pain.its realted to heart. I also fear crowd sound to much rupees than chest pain increase. I take lazonep 0.5mg, ultracet, metocard tablet. What is cause of chest pain.

I have been recently experiencing a slight discomfort in my lower right abdomen especially when I stand up from a seated position or vice versa. I then got a sonography done which mentioned that I have kidney stones. The stones are small (around 3-5 mm in diameter) The doctor said they are passable by urine. So my question is can I continue with my workouts at the gym when I am in this medical condition? I usually do light cardio workouts. I have attached a soft copy of my sonography report. Please help.
