Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old. I am 5 feet 7 inches height and weight 104kg. I have Severe GERD for the past 1 year, I have Asthma, Kidney stone. I am having some chest discomfort, planning to do Heart CT Angio using dye. My question is can I do Heart CT Angio using dye? Will CT dye lead to any problem because I have uritcaria?

Started having this cycle of hemorrhoids-constipation-hemorrhoid few months ago... hemorrhoids was gone when I started consuming a lot of water, buttermilk, less spicy food , chicken etc but it's now back again after almost a year. Feeling a little discomfort around that area. Tried some yoga breathing techniques but eventually ended up with constipation/indigestion! how to treat both simultaneously? which medicine can I ask for in pharmacy? can it be cured permanently? I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes since last 2 years,I am 30 years old.I take Diabetes medication and my sugar level us in control. My penile frenulum doesn't retract properly and while having intercourse it causes discomfort and slight pain...because of that i loose my erection sometimes. It used to be fine before , my frenulum suddenly turned stiff in these last couple of years. What should i do ? Whom should i consult? I'm 25 year old. From last 15-20 days I have been having intermittent pain in left arm. Upper arm and hand. Initially pain was sharp and shooting which I thought was due to gastritis. I had my day 5 frozen embryo transfer on July 4th( blastocyst) . initially I had period type cramps and even pelvic discomfort which continued for 3 to 4 days after frozen embryo transfer . but after that till now I haven't faced any of such symptoms I am worried regarding if i am a pregnant or not. my doctor asked me to come on 19th July to get checked of Beta HCG but can I check a home pregnancy test today to just know whether am I pregnant or not ?

I have a slight discomfort on right chest in a specific area. The area of concern doesn't fluctuate that could have indicated gas problem. It's location seems fixed. It isn't external though and can feel something internally. Went to a general physician but he said everything is normal after looking into my X-ray report. Still I have doubts as I can see a small spot in the x-ray. Am also not sure if the spot I see is on the right side or left side. Any suggestions on whether I should take a second opinion. Also which is the correct way to see the report.

I'm taking pantocid from last 4 months coz I had diarrhea and constipation for which i took norflox and rifaximin rply. Now it's been 2 months that I only have symptom of semisolid stool consistency, I tapered to pan20 coz I was having stomach burning sensation but after tapering I'm having chest pain. Now again from 5 days I'm taking pan40, now I'm fine. I want to stop pantocid coz it has made my digestion weak. My stool is loose and I feel discomfort in stomach sometimes coz of it. Help me stop it!!
