I usually feel discomfortness with pain like touch of needle in my anus side throughout day and night.some times stomach is painful with foods are not digested easily...I feel gas in my stomach.at night I feel burning sensation pain because of my wound in anal canal which I got from my report.I had taken so many allopathic,homeopathic and ayurvedic but all are in vain.plz suggest me less medicine with powerful doze plz to recover...it's my last try otherwise I will face death

I am a sports person and I hurt my lower back during bowling practice. I did my MRI which shows straightheing of lumber and diffuse bluge discs at l4l5and s1. I don't have sever pain but I have discomfort. After playing I am feeling stiffness in my left leg and left side of lower back. I did physiotherapy sessions and I improved by that but not fully recovered. So please tell what I have to do.

I am facing burning issues after urination for the past 2 months. Urine routine was normal. I got urine culture done few days back and Entrococcus Species were detected with heavy growth. I am on Levoflox 500 once a day since than for the past 4 days. Burning issue has reduced to some extent but tip of my pennis is reddish most of the times and sometimes it hurts a bit and give discomfort feeling. Hello Doctor, i am 32 yrs, married. This time my periods were late by 10 days. Usually i get timely periods which last for 5-7 days. Its my 9th day today and the periods havent stopped. I kept waiting since 3 days thinking it will stop but it has not. I dont have any pain in abdomen or any other discomfort. I am on a 75mg pill of thyronorm daily due to my thyroid issue. Hi, I am experiencing some discomfort in my stomach. I suspect it is acidity but would like to hear from you on this. Generally after my meals I get burps and feel some burning sensation in my stomach. The burning sensation tends to get quite high at times. This happens almost after all the meals. I would like to know the following: 1. What food is best during such a situation, and also 2. How to avoid this from happening And prescriptions for the same would do a world of good. Thanks.

Swelling with frequent pain, discomfort feeling since a week. Feverish feeling at night. Swelling on the left side college bone. Administered Ibigesic + (1-0-1) and Augmentin 625 mg (1-0-1) for three days on the advice of family physician from 10-11-2018.No relief. Seeking medical advice/help please. Thanks

Just got my abdomen CT scan done and the reports were normal. I am having Sharp pain along with , tingling, numbness and discomfort in right flank. Note - I am suffering from IBS due to stress. I am having acute pain in sternoclavicular join since Mid of July which results pain in my shoulder and restricts the thorough movement of my right arm. It creates a lot of discomfort. Had consulted 2 doctors till date and was on anti-inflammatory drugs but only 70-80% relief I have. Sometime the doctors are saying they will go for a steroid injection and sometime for injection biopsy which cannot be possible as per their radiologists. But the doctors are still forcing me for biopsy. Please guide how can I search/visit a doctor in bangalore.

Saturday i.e 22nd of this month, I ate lunch with Butter naun,Panner Butter Masala in Hotel...Night onwards I was not feeling well with getting loose motions..I took Andial & Pantop 40mg...But not recover till date...Daily 3 to 4 loose motions occur... Discomfort in stomach...
