Sufferd from typhoid disease in last month. No fever from last 15 days. Now there is  problem to digest. Tightnes in upper stomach while laying on bed. Sometime Color of urine dark yellow and discomfort or burning with urination. While pressure of urine feeling burning. Feeling tiredness and sweating. SGOT and SGPT level is high from last 2 months. I attached the blood test reports. Please suggest me.

I am experiencing pain in my left breast since the last 3 days. It is at the same spot in the upper part and subsides during the night. I don't really feel the pain when I'm doing my daily activities, but I do feel a certain discomfort. The pain is felt only when I press the area or place my hand there. I don't feel the pain when I lie down as well. I don't know what to make of this. Is this normal? I have missed my periods this month. What could be the reason? Please advise.

Hello doc! I am experiencing burning sensation in penis while urinating it is mild but I want to rule out all possibilities to have a healthy life I had this issue since 2 weeks now and I was under the attached medication completed course however it has not been cured completely I have discomfort while passing urine and some sensation in the penis tip specially at night! Pls find the attached report and advise I am from Bangalore I was advised to avoid sex & masturbation for 2 weeks which is also followed rigrosly. Please advise if I need to be on medication again

Hello, I had unprotected sex today morning, on 8th day of my cycle. To be on safer side I took unwanted 72 this afternoon. 1. What and when will be the effect of pill seen? 2. Last time when I took unwanted 72,i had a  heavy cramps and discomfort. What can be done to ease the pain and can I take any pain killer to reduce it if unbearable.(if yes which?) 3. Few months back I had developed axilla in my right armpit.. after that I started experiencing heaviness and discomfort in my right breast. As if the right breast is sagging. Also right breast slightly larger than left.. doctor did examination and said it might be fibrocystic changes or fibroadenosis and asked to get USG scan of breasts. But USG scan of breasts are normal. Nothing found. I have PCOD (bilateral). Is it due to hormonal imbalance? What to do?

Hi dr. I have a sebaceous cyst on the lower back,it's there from around 10 years,I never had any problem. 1 year back I had c-section delivery, after that cyst got infected so my gynic gave some antibiotics ,it is healed but still the cyst is there. Recently I am observing two more cyst kind of things on the upper back,I am worried. There can be multiple cysts?do I need a surgical removal?only one time it got infected. I don't have any pain and discomfort. Please suggest. Thank you

I feel irregular discomforting pain in my whole abdomen. Especially in right side  when i press it. And it goes upward to left side when i press it. I have poor digestion for last many years. My diet was also very poor and irregular but since 1 year i have maintained it. Last year i had ayurveda medicines but there was only little improvement. Earlier i used to feel like going to toilet after every meal but nowadays i only go once in the morning. But still my digestion is poor. My stool is dark in color and initial part is solid and firm but in last comes in dark liquid form. Ultrasound and stool reports are normal.

Hello my left wisdom tooth has been decayed with abscess.dentist has advised me to remove the Tooth. Does decayed tooth causes throat infection or swollen tonsils. As advised by doctor zifi cv 200 has been prescribed for 3 days 2 times after food. But still some swelling and discomfort is there. Does zifi cv 200 us for throat infections.please Suggest any medicine or treatment for the same Kindly reply asap??

Hello from past few days i am experiencing swollen tonsils with cold and cough associated with runny nose sneezing and headache. Also my left wisdom tooth has decayed. Doctor has prescribed me zithrox 500 before food once for 6 days. But still swelling or discomfort is there. Does tooth decay causes throat infection or swollen tonsils. I have white lesions/ deposition on gums ( both sides) ,it's a slight deposition ,the white patch is also on buccal mucosa . I have been a smoker and drinker for 8 years ,though I left it around 12 days ago completely. There is no pain but thicknened white layer is there on buccal mucosa and gums ,I observed the issue about 6 months ago but now it's causing discomfort. I also do check for lumps in mouth and the thickened layer gives me a feeling that there is a lump, Is it cancer ?,please help me.
