Hello, I had unprotected sex today morning, on 8th day of my cycle. To be on safer side I took unwanted 72 this afternoon.
1. What and when will be the effect of pill seen?
2. Last time when I took unwanted 72,i had a heavy cramps and discomfort. What can be done to ease the pain and can I take any pain killer to reduce it if unbearable.(if yes which?)
3. When should I expect my next approximate cycle?

Only when I get the next period . The result of the emergency contraceptive pills will be seen.
Periods might be delayed because ecp works by disturbing the ovulation

1) effect of the pill as such is not seen , u should expect your natural cycle on expecetd time
2) if next cycle comes on time for normal days n moderate flow , the pill has worked
3) u can take meftal spas as pian killer if u want
4) heavy cramps doesn't not seem to be due to pill
