Penile Frenulum doesn't retract properly
I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes since last 2 years,I am 30 years old.I take Diabetes medication and my sugar level us in control. My penile frenulum doesn't retract properly and while having intercourse it causes discomfort and slight pain...because of that i loose my erection sometimes. It used to be fine before , my frenulum suddenly turned stiff in these last couple of years. What should i do ? Whom should i consult? It is really embarrassing topic for me...is there any medication or ointments to resolve this issue once and for all.

Complete frenular retraction is not essential for proper intercourse. Two yrs diabetes will not cause ed. Ur problem appear to be situational. U need proper examination and counseling. Consult me via practo, for appointment at bilaspur or Raipur clinic.
