Foreskin doesn't retract at all.
I am a 28 years old male, my foreskin doesn't retract at all, when fully erect it positions at such an angle that I am unable to have sex and its too painful. What are my options and who do I consult?

Foreskin not able to retract is a condition called as phimosis... If at all it is cause problem during sex then u need to undergo surgery I.e circumcision...
For this you should consult a General Surgeon or Urologist..
