Commonly seen in Diabetics (Balanitis) due to uncontrolled blood sugar - results in dryness on foreskin due to which cuts are seen.
To manage:
1. Use lubricants during intercourse.
2. If the dryness/swelling around foreskin increases - consult with a urologist for circumcision.
