Foreskin doesn't retract below glands
My foreskin doesn't retract below the glands. Till now I'm not facing any problem while urinating/erection etc. no rashes and no itching either. I pull my foreskin down as much as I can and clean it thrice a day. Should I be worried if it's not retracting completely ?
