Tight frenulum
Hello sir, while stretching penis foreskin, I find the frenulum obstructing while retracting, glans is properly visible while erect but penis retracts further while flaccid, but frenulum is tight. What to do?

By your description it feels that you are normal. If glans is properly visible while erectile, then it is normal. If penis retracts further while flaccid is also normal.
