My foreskin cannot be pulled back during a pull erection and sometimes it also causes small tears on the outside skin but doesn't bleed. But when its flaccid i can easily pull it back but the tip bends down because of the tight frenulum. Is there any non surgical method to cure it or does it need surgery?
