Pain in abdomen

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st November 2019..Yesterday 16 size foley catheter has been placed in stoma..Im having crampy pain in entire abdomen,no gas is coming out and also discomfort in pressure in stoma,since 3am today..What should I do?Kindly tell me,Im in pain..
