Adhesions in the pelvic region
I underwent Proctocolectomy+IPAA+Covering loop ileostomy on 01st Nov 2019,closure+Adhesiolysis was done on 25th Jan 2020..I've been having severe cramps in abdomen since last few months..Ct abdomen shows adhesions in the pelvic region..Are my problems due to adhesion?What needs to be done for adhesions because as much as I know surgery to remove them will also create them but I'm also getting cramps..Kindly reply

There will be adhesion following any surgery but how much  it trouble S is the question  If it needs it should be operated It depends on ur primary Surgeon
