Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I got my withdrawal bleeding within 10 days of taking the I pill that was on 26th of October and on 1 st Dec I got my periods which lasted for 4 days and there was severe cramps on the 1 st day but the flow was medium. Still I am having abdominal discomfort sometimes and my eyes are feeling heavy.Is this a sign of pregnancy ? Or is it something else ? Although I had done test before and it came negative.

I have upper back pain + muscle discomfort from 6 days & Knee pain from past 15days Is there any relation between both. My muscles get tighten in my upper back every day. I need to lossen it by pressing. Is it nerves problem? I have deficiency of B12 & I have gilbert syndrome.

Im a 24 yr old married female , taking sidda medicines like ashokapattai chooranam and many more for irregular periods for past 15days.
