Hello, I am having left side abdominal discomfort from 2 months I have done CT scan it shows 3mm kidney stones, Does kidney stones pains? And of not what pain it can be, Because it's 2 months already, I am currently obesity and losing weight. Please suggest

I have been suffering from anal fissure and external piles for the last 2 weeks. I have a small cut near anus and a small lump near anus. I have constipation and IBS. I am feeling discomfort while sitting and bowel movement. Bleeding happened for the 1st 2 days. Then no bleeding. Pain in middle upper abdomen then slowly moves down to the center and finally in the lower abdomen with fever. pain is such that it is difficult to even move and gets relieved only with a painkiller like combiflam. waht can it be? I am gone through zsr circumcision on 28/03/2024. And after surgery now 09.04.2024 silicon ring is partially removed. What can i do for the rest of the silicon ring And still swelling present what can i do for the same. Partially removed ring creates discomfort and pain when it touches the penis.
