I am having right side breast tenderness and pain increase pre-mensturally. Also the nipples become sensitive sometimes and there are flakes in aerola region sometimes. Doctor asked to do USG breast and reports came normal. I am really worried what is causing this discomfort in my right breast. Is it some form of difficult to diagnose malignancy? Please help me

So I get these dizziness episodes some time. While these episodes I feel a slight pressure or tightness at left side of occipital area or maybe at the back of the skull. And I have discomfort at that part where there is tightness. I have neck pain too around left side around suboccipital. So, are these muscle spasms or tension which are causing dizziness? Or is there anything else ?
