Hi. My Left Nostril is blocked, experiencing pressure in eyes, head and ear. Feeling unwell. With discomfort concerning body and head. I have previously diagnosed with Paranasal sinus here in Practo only. Should I use medication or home treatment.?

So i see many time in this side those gums become red, no pain as such with regular activity but have felt a little ache sometimes (1-2 times), mostly when food gets stuck in between the teeth.. so is that anything serious? In left side its not there, no burning or itching. Today i touched it a little more so a little discomfort. Attached left side teeth image too, the gums seems normal there

I have urinary incontinence problem from few months for this I went to a ayurvedic doctor who prescribed me Alarsin Bangshil which I liked a lot but then he switched to another medicine which caused a discomfort and when I spoke to doctor he told it doesn't have any side effect but I am not liking it as its making me to have painful urination. I want to know if there is any remedy I can make at home which has same effect like Bangshil tablet.

I've been experiencing heart palpitations and chest congestion since 2016. ECG reports were normal.  Exercising reduced the discomfort in the chest. But since last 7 days, there is an increase in chest congestion. I also feel pain in left arm and there is a minor swelling on the left feet. I feel tired and couldn't focus on anything.

I am feeling pain/discomfort/angina pain in chest specially heart area. It is internal type. Taking antacid gel and Pan D but no improvement. I can not bent downwards. Have to sleep right side.  Is it heart discease. Or somthing else. Please advice.

Hi Doctor After waking up in the morning, I feel like my nose is blocked for sometime and after that it comes back to normal. I sleep directly under fan and AC. Today m also feeling little scratchy throat no problem in swallowing no pain just discomfort that's is also not always. Could this be because of temperature changes and what can I do to resolve this . Thanks in advance.

I had diagnosed with Covid19 on May 11 and recovered after 14 days under home isolation. After that I'm suffering from coughing and throat discomfort. Hi everyone, Though acidity being the side effects during pregnancy,but this issue creates discomfort and trouble for mother's. I was suffering from acidity and other gastric issues before getting pregnant but after pregnancy my condition is more worse. Acidity is more during night and this exaggerates vomiting as well. So, after a day or so  usually I have to vomit because of high acid reflux. Please suggest me something. Your response will be highly appreciated.
