Breast pain without lump
I am having right side breast tenderness and pain increase pre-mensturally. Also the nipples become sensitive sometimes and there are flakes in aerola region sometimes. Doctor asked to do USG breast and reports came normal.
I am really worried what is causing this discomfort in my right breast.
Is it some form of difficult to diagnose malignancy?
Please help me

Pre menstrual breast tenderness can occur due to hormonal changes.
If you have any doubt, then get mammography of breasts done.
