Opinion regarding knee surgery
My wife is having a knee problem. After getting MRI test of her knee doctor suggested us to do surgery for her leg.
MRI result: Displaced radial root at posterior root attachment of medical meniscus with grade II signal & myxoid degeneration in body and posterior horn.

Pain in knee
Pain in knee and MRI report says "Grade-1 tear inposterior horn of medical meniscus.and mild knee joint effusion with edema of adjoining tissue.
Doctor adiveced her to take dserin gm along with calcium.
She is recovering but not ok still.
Pls advice the best medicine and precautions and exercise.

Partial disruption of femoral attachment and mid part of anterior cruciate ligament with altered axis.
There is linear hyperintense signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus suggesting grade 2 tear extending up to capsular surface.
Kindly suggest what should I do.

CT Scan of the head
I went to the doctor due to headaches. They gave me a CT Scan everything came back normal but they say they found a small hypodensity adjacent to the right temporal horn. The doctors say it's probably a small cyst. 8mm. But it's non emergent. Should I be concerned?
