• Grade I sprain of anterior cruciate ligament as described.
• Grade II horizontal tear involving the posterior horn of medial meniscus. Grade III radial tear involving the anterior horn of medial meniscus
• Gastrocnemius bursitis.
• Mild joint effusion.

Irreguar periods
I have PCOD due to that i am having irregular periods. Now i am married and planning for pregnancy.When i had TVS-pelvis ultrasound i came to know that i have bicornuate uterus too. My measures are right horn 6.2*3.2 cm ad left horn 6.4*3.9 cm. Endometrium 8.9 &10.2 mm with normal size and echotexture of cervix.

Knee Joint Pain - mri report 35yrs fem
1) Early degenerative osteoarthritic changes in from of reduction in joint space , osteophytic lipping , articular cartilage thinning / loss and subchondral cystic changes ( predominantly at patellar lateral facets )
2) Grade II signal involving posterior horn og medial meniscus . Roots , anterior horn and body appear normal.

meniscus
