DJD of rt knee

1) grade I ACL, grade II posterior horn of meniscus, changes of osteoarthritis and joint effusion as per 1 MRI on 25th Sep 2016 2) second MRI was done on 19th Feb 2017 which suggested horizontal tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus 3) Diagnostic Arthroscopy done on 2nd March 2017 still not comfortable 4) As it was not the case of Knee replacement as told by doctors we tried the Generic nerve block therapy which gave me relief from pain and swelling as well. I took two rounds of injections one in the month of November 2016 and second on 28 March 2017.

There is a small impaction fracture seen involving the anterolateral aspect of the lateral femoral condyle with underlying marrow oedema. Full thickness radial tear seen involving anterior horn of lateral meniscus. There is a partial thickness radial tear seen involving inner one third of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus. Please help me and suggest... Is it a very serious and need to be operated?  Will I be able to play football again? Will I be able to walk and do things normally like before?

Knee pain due to meniscus tear

I was having knee pain from 5th july. I ignored it then because I had chondromalecia. But the pain worsened. Recently I had an MRI scan, where the report said peripheral longitudinal tear seen in the posterior horn of lateral meniscus. I am in rest and taking ice packs. I also have joining of my job on 4th August. Will it get cured by then? What should I do more to heal it faster?

ACL tear with washer tear

I am having too much pain in my leg that is associated with the knee. I had and MRI done which indicates that i have mild partial ACL tear with synovial fluid effusion. Medial meniscus torn with fluid near the posterior horn. The doctors in my locality are saying that i need a surgery for this if the pain doesn't subside. Can it be cured by putting on a cast for some days.
