I developing unwanted thinking and being sad of things, example I don't have problem in something but I assume that I have some problem and being in depressed of that problem. I know there is nothing to worry but I cannot realise the fact and face looking sad. Even I cannot smile, because I think I look ugly when I'm smiling, but I have many nice looking smiling photos. Please tell me the problem I'm facing and please tell me how to overcome these problem, thanks..,

I am 18 .i have had sex 2-3 times with my friend . But now we are not in touch and i really miss those times. From the past few days I am feeling a dryness inside my mouth. In fact can see some light reddish marks in the inner surface of my lips and cheeks. Few painful rashes in my tongue. I am suffering from hemorrhoids and I am very much affected. My stool gets hardened and difficult to pass. I feel bloated if my stomach is not clear.
