Doctor I don't know if I have hpv or not I am a male21 year old I have had sexual exposure but don't know if I have any high risk strain but I have a query that can I take the vaccine if assuming I have a high risk strain? Will the vaccine trigger the hpv to become more cancerous or will in fact protect me please help

I have been tested positive for typhoid and covid 1.5 months back. I feel light fever around 99 all the time, weakness , burning sensation in foot and palm of hand, and sometimes headache.
