I am Harsh and I am suffering from last 10 years with this problem that I don't want to go washroom and whenever I go to toilet or latrin I used to bath for 5-6 hours.. my families are worried about my marriage now .. please suggest me how to live normal life because me too know this facts this is abnormal behaviour. please guide me with proper treatment.

Are you working ? If you are employed how you can afford to spend 5 too 6 hours in the wash room.
Toilet or washroom is a closed space and if you spend too much time there you are likely to contact some lung infection due to excessive humidity.
Since you seem to be educated, please consider the negative effects and try to reduce the time spent there.
