Soyabean chunks benefits
I am on strict diet because of inflammation that I am facing in my stomach and joints. It's been 1 year I have been taking soyabean chunks frequently as a source of protein. However after knowing the fact that soy aggravates inflammation, I am nervous. Is it really true that soy is not good for inflammatory diseases like gastritis?
