Do 100g soya chunks contain 52 gram protein  is it true ??? I read it on wikipedia. how much soyabean should I eat in a day ?

Hello yes soya chunks are high in protein so my advice would be soya or say any concentrated protein at this age should not be taken on a daily basis it should be substituted as far as there are no medical issues and you have been adviced by your doctor.    For further queries please contact ..
