Soya intake - Hypothyroid
My nutritionist has asked me to eat 30gm soya daily for protein but doctors suggest not to take soya if you have hyperthyroidism. Kindly share your views.

Hii , You should avoid to take soya and all the soya products like soya milk, soya oil, soya chunks soya badi, soya flour, soya sauce because it always be harmful in thyroid cases. It cause imbalance in secretion and function of thyroid hormone and gland as well.
