Hypo thyroid - Soya intake
Hi, I have hypothyroid. Some doctors suggest that I should not take soya in my diet. Is it harmful for people to eat soya related products who have hypothyroid??

Gud morning pls share your detail medical history along with dietary pattern,exercise doing or not,how's your lifestyle routine etc.In restricted amounts u can have soy n soy products if u r taking medicines for hypothyroidism.if not then try to consult doctor for proper medication.lifestyle modification can control hypothyroidism issues.
