Hypothyroidism
Hi I have hypothyroidism. I want to know which refined oil  is good for me.                             Currently I am having fortune soyabean refined oil. Also I have been told by my friend that you should not eat spinach and you should eat sendha namak or the rock salt in hypothyroidism is it correct to have it?

Keeping changing the oil once it gets over to meet different nutrients from different oils. Spinach has nothing to do with hypothyroidism you can consume it twice a week. Rock salt is deficient in iodine so you can use twice a week and rest days use iodized salt.
Next Steps
There are so many tips from friends, family and Google always consult health expert before practicing it

Hello dear . You can that oil but in limited quantity. . You can have spinach once in a week, there should be variety in vegetables for 7 days. . You have to eat normal salt not rock salt. To discuss in detail, contact us thru this link.

Hello, Yes, you should add salt to your diet it will help, but do not exceed the amount. Should use combination of oil like mustard oil (for cooking vegetables in it), groundnut oil (for other foods), and olive oil (for salad dressings, spreads, etc) Should not use refined oil.
