Inhave hypothyroidism and my BP is little bit high. I am under thyroid medication.Can i have flaxseed oil capsules?

Hi You need to focus on your diet so have a well balanced diet and take your medicine on time . I would suggest you not to eat flax seeds till you get the range normal . Instead off flax seeds have a good brand off muti vitamin supplements.

Hi Please take doctor's opinion if possible for safety reasons before taking anything in the form of capsule or medicine..be it just a supplement also..cause there may be some chemical process involved if it's marketed in capsule form.. Despite flaxseed oil capsule you can also consume flaxseeds directly shallow roasted or powdered.. Thankyou Thankyou
