Hi
If we consider pulse, it does count in 100gms and if we consider egg, it does count as a single egg for protein...
I’m 100gms if pulses contains more of protein as compare to a single egg...but if our daily routine is active than we can have 5-6 eggs per day daily...that provide us 40% of patient of our RDA...where as 100gms pulse u can’t take at a time as it is huge in quantity...
Egg is good option if your life is very much active...
Hi
The pulses have more protein then the eggs
one hard boiled egg contains 8 gram protein and one cup of boiled lentils contain contains 18 gram of protein.

Hello,
Egg is consider as best protein source as it contains all the essential amino acids that are needed by human body.
Dal are secondary good source but need to mix, or do combination recipes with cereals to get complete protein.
Second best source before other dals is soybeans and it's product. But as a male gender you should take only 3 servings per week.
