Dietitian tell me to eat 40gm soyabean chunks everyday. is soyabean good for mens health?? any disadvantages?

Hi You can surely take 40 gram soybean daily. It is harmful if taken in excess as it makes body release more of female hormone in body. 40 gram is not a lot. But you can surely cover up your protein intake from other sources of protein  also. Disclaimer:- Tip may vary if you suffering from any other medical issue

Ya there is no adverse effect. Only if your uric acid is high then you should avoid or creatinine is high. Rest depends on other health issues if any
