Soybean contain some natural toxins. It is the cheapest in price and very rich in protein. So it is always in a prior list but not in a regular basis..n yes excessive intake of one type of veg protein may risk your utilisation levels in body

Soya proteins are one of the best source of plant proteins, it gets utilized properly in the body. But recent studies says that soyabeans are genetically modified, so, while using soy products, one should select the right food items like soy milk or tofu.
It contains a plant hormone which to some extent mimics the female estrogen hormone. So, if consumed in large quantities it might hamper the hormonal balance in females. In males no significant effects has been found.
