A strict diet for weight loss.
Hi, I am a engineering student in Pune. I am 21 years old and my weight is way more. I am 98 kgs right now and facing a lot of problems because of my weight. And since I am a student I need to reduce weight. Please help me with a right diet. I read some articles about losing weight but it didn't help me much. I can't figure out how much to eat and what to eat at what time!

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You r overweight by 18-20kgs. Drink water 16glasses daily. High fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises/walking Avoid fruit juices,outside foods/dry fruits except walnut and almonds. Add in ur diet fruits and vegetables Non-veg avoid mutton. Chicken and fish in grilled form. Avoid fatty food's/sweets/potatoes/sweet potatoes/mango/banana. Follow this schedule Early morning empty stomach two glasses of water (one fig +5almonds soaked in water overnight)6am Morning tea 6:30am Morning walk one hr daily or join gym Breakfast 7:30am Midday 10:30 Lunch 1pm Evening 4:30pm Walking one hr daily/Exercises Dinner 7pm Bedtime 10:00-11pm
