I have been suffering from pcod since last 1.5 years . Current my weight is 68 kgs and height is 5'3". I want to loose weight. Please suggest me a diet chart . I am a student and I live in hostel.i am a non vegetarian.

some helpful tips are having overnight socked fenugreek seeds water in the morning. next what you can do is have some healthy snacking options with you for example roasted makhanas right and also you can have fresh coconut water as a snack for a mid day meal if available to you near your hostel
