Diet chart needed for weight loss
I was too fat in my childhood. I reduced a lot of weight.By the time I was 21, my weight was 55 kg. Then I started working in night shifts n gained again. At the time of my marriage I was 63 kg at the age of 25. I again gained weight n was 75 kg. Then I stopped dinner n started green tea in morning n reduced 5 kg in 5 months. When I conceived at the age of 29, I was 70 kg n gained 17 kg in 9 months. I was 87kg at the delivery. Today my baby is 14 months n I am 80 kg of weight. I had an accident n had a vertibra compression in spine n on bed rest for last 2 months. I can't do much excercises as of now but I  need a diet chart. Pleaseme reduce weight n enjoy a healthy life. Hi Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water, especially before meals. Eat less rice, potatoes. Avoid processed food, fried food as well as sweets. fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (walnuts, almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
