But his stress level goes on increasing till headache migraine & weakness. In fact he is under stress for more than 15 days of every month. Moreover, his family is not so supportive. I m very much concern about him. Please do suggest something.

Dear friend, Happy to note that you are concerned about your friend. An individual is stressed not because of family, friends or work. He/she is stressed because of their lack of happiness which is their birthright. Ask your friend to follow 1. Balanced diet 2. More intake of water 3. Regular exercise 4. Breathing techniques 5. Simple relaxation techniques Any further help please feel free to contact me Visit www.mastermindfoundation.com Wishes

hi, why is he stressed out? we first need to know the reason of his stress to guide him properly. if his stress is managed his headaches and migraine will also be taken care of. take him out for an outing and try to divert his mind into things he likes.

Do you know the reason for his stress also?? If so try to help him out by yourself. If not, I feel he need to meet a counsellor and get resolved of his issues and understand himself better to cope up in life.

Hi, as I understand this your friend is severely stressed. He ends up with physical symptoms like headache, migraine , weekness etc. because of being unable to handle stress. Moreover, his family too seems not to be supportive towards him. What exactly does he get stressed up about? Is his sleep affected? Ask your friend to see a Psychiatrist who does counseling too. Stress is a life factor here and he is not able to handle the stress in his life. He may be having Depression, a detailed evaluation will be necessary. With a proper diagnosis, the correct treatment can be planned. He will definitely improve with counseling and /or medication( for a short time). In the meantime , ask him to start regular exercise, practice breathing techniques or Yoga to calm himself down. Eating healthy too helps . He should sleep atleast 8 hours and get up refreshed. He requires to change his perceptions that he is weak and cannot handle things. Life can be stressful but you have to have a coping mechanism to deal with stress. With counseling , he can transform himself and become much better. Hope this helps, All the Best!
