For the past few days (week) I have noticed a weird pressure next / along my upper spine. It is right below my shoulder blade, and it feels like it goes deep / under my spine. In fact, sometimes it feels like it is pulling it up. It tingles and sometimes feels numb. It is an odd constant heavy pressure feeling. What could it be? It isn't going away. Thanks!

I am unaware of the knife's origin but I do know for a fact that it has been exposed to air (unused) for at least a year. I read that HIV virus dies after being exposed to the air, so am I at risk? Do I need PEP?
