I've been having irregular periods for over 3 months now I.e. bleeding twice a month for a long time. My thyroid levels were normal, I take 25mg(hypo) Although I've noticed a pattern now, the fact that every time I have coitus I bleed the next day.

I usually had 10 hours of sleep in the night. But still I feel sleepy in the morning. In fact I often fall asleep in office. I find it really difficult to keep me awake. I'm on my second week of my second month of birth control. I was prescribed Lutera by Planned Parenthood. I was on my period for about 3 weeks last month and I'm starting it again. Do I need a different kind of birth control? I'd so how can I change them due to the fact I went to Planned Parenthood for my prescription?
