Nausea in the morning.. every morning.
This been happening for about 3 days now. Every morning I get woken up by me being nauseous. Usually around the same time every morning which is 5 or 6 A.M. The result ends in it usually going away on its own or i have to vomit. The last time i eat at night is before 9P.M. the latest. Also, I know that i'm not pregnant due to the fact that I'm a lesbian.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
