I feel distant and anxious at times, there is tightness in my chest (I don't know whether it is because of bronchitis or anxiety) and I feel like crying, a lot of times. I feel as if my brain is always thinking about something or the other and it is never at one place where at present it should be. I keep thinking and getting anxious about the fact that I am always thinking about something. I get weird dreams at night and my sleep is very irregular, like, waking up at the middle of night and still thinking about something. Please help.

Hi, Greetings of the day, I am not having any problem but a query that keeps on coming to my mind I.e. out of curiosity I want to know facts about BMI. Is BMI correct measure for your weight? As I have heard from a friend of mine that BMI does not indicate correct health result and there exist another measure that certified dieticians may know. Please guide or provide me link of article, if any, on the same.

Hi, I've recently grown a new mole on my nose. It's light in colour like a small dot but has started protruding and I can see it protruding a lil bit if I go squint. As a matter of fact, I'm not even sure if it's a mole or something. Is there any way I can remove it?

I feel full even when I eat a little... for past one week .. I feel very active though but loss of apitite and even if I eat a little my stomach is full. I used to eat a lot before but for the past one week  I could not eat anything .. I never  had this issue before ... I have been on a good diet, eating all vegetables and fruits and proteins, having a good amount of water intake and working out however I'm in fact gaining weight? Is there anything I can do about this. im currently 19 years old and current weight is 68kg with height of 4ft 10inc.

My 14 month old kid isn't eating anything. In fact he doesn't open his mouth even to drink water and has become very weak.
