14month kid not eating

Question

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My 14 month old kid isn't eating anything. In fact he doesn't open his mouth even to drink water and has become very weak. He has cold and cough since 10days and I have given him chericof,/ tixylix/ambrodil-S syrup but it hasn't reduced much. Have started cefixime from today. Let me know what I can give him to increase his hunger or make him eat. Please help

Dear parents, Give your child following treatment, Syp vomikind half teaspoon ful twice a day. Syp Azithromycin 100mg one teaspoon ful once a day for 3days, Syp Wikoryl one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. Stop tixylix, chericoff, ambrodil. Vomikind empty stomach.
