Hi,
Greetings of the day,
I am not having any problem but a query that keeps on coming to my mind I.e. out of curiosity I want to know facts about BMI. Is BMI correct measure for your weight? As I have heard from a friend of mine that BMI does not indicate correct health result and there exist another measure that certified dieticians may know. Please guide or provide me link of article, if any, on the same.

Hi dear in a gross way calculating BMI is an easy tool to demarcate underweight ,normal or obese but it dosent gives the accurate measure of the body fat
So a waist circumference or waist to hip ratio will be a better marker of obesity
