Hepatitis B
Hi Doctor, Today first time my father report came hepatitis B positive. His age is 59 Hbsag->300 AHBC-11. 93 AHBC-IMg- negative For his eye surgery, doctor suggests hepatitis blood test, it came positive. What is the next step of treatment, please suggest. He doesn't have any symptoms. Due to corona not able to go to hospital. When to start treatment, what is the best method of treatment. We are staying near by vellore(Tamil nadu). Please help us.

If pt is symptomatically ok then he can be given oral medication  and if he is getting week and have sever symptoms then hospitalisation is must
