Cut myself with knife, HIV risk?
I cut myself accidentally but very shallow, only just enough to draw a little bit of blood which stopped within a couple of minutes. I am unaware of the knife's origin but I do know for a fact that it has been exposed to air (unused) for at least a year. I read that HIV virus dies after being exposed to the air, so am I at risk? Do I need PEP?

Your question is like when will the sky fall on me. Most important is to get a tetanus injection which prevents tetanus, in probability will be more in happening than aids.
