From past 2years life is going through a rough patch in 2020 dec i got married,in 2021 april i lost my mother it all started from there . I became insomniac didn't slept for weeks , multiple health issues,hormonal problems, weight gain . In all of this i was all alone , talking about in laws instead of being supportive they expected me to behave normal as everyone looses their parents its not only me ,i tried , tried and kept on trying to behave normal and be normal but initially i was not . (Husband was in different city) Somehow i brought up myself from that situation. Since then my all previous emotional issues are triggered, i am irritated, crying all the time , feeling suicidal, depressed. What should i do ?
