By looking at the attached photographs it seems like trauma from occlusion, ulcer, eating some extreme hot food or you might accidentally bite on it. Wait for three to four days, apply Dologel over it for three days. If still persist then consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

It looks like trauma from occlusion . Dont worry it will resolve on its own. It seems like the ulcer is healing. If persists consult with your doctor online or offline.

Hi... It seems you got some trauma while eating, brushing or you might have bit on your upper lip by mistake or you might have eaten something spicy and hot. It is healing now no need to worry. It will heal completely within 3-4 days. You can use any gel/ointment prescribed by a dentist if you have pain or any discomfort
Next Steps
Consult a dentist online/offline for medications if you need
