Hi Doctor, A month back i noticed a lump appearing at the edge of my anus hole, it didn't hurt then so I thought of it as allergy and neglected, now two more lumps have come up and they feel awkward while passing stool + lot of itching has started to occur inside anus. Tobramycin & dexamethasone sodium phosphate eye Drops. and Carboxymethyl cellulose eye drops i'm taking this drops 4-times a day and taking diclofenac sodium 50mg & paracetamol 325mg tablets 2 times a day. i don't understand my problem because my eye is not showing red colour i don't have itching on my eyes. so please tell me the core reason of it? I had a cesarean delivery, post delivery there was discharge coming out from stiches for 2weeks and later it healed.. i got a swab test report as normal without any infections but after healing i find lymp nodes on 2 edges of the stiches... Its 2 months passed and still i find this lymp nodes. No pain when i press them particularly but sometimes randomly it pains on stiches when am sitting or standing or getting up from bed.. Is that comon or anything serious?

Hi, I am having oral ulcer on the left edge of my tongue for the past 2 days. Yesterday, I visited my dentist and he prescribed me 1) Metrogyl DS Gel , 2)Tab Zincovit and 3) Clohex ADS mouthwash. I am having acute pain and burning sensation even if water touches that part. I am applying the given medicines, and on cold semi solid diet without oil and spice. Pl suggest me any remedies.
