You may be suffering from housewife eczema maa which is the kind of irritant contact dermatitis due to use of detergents during washing of clothes or utensils. It could also be psoriasis. Unless a dermatologist examines see you, I cannot be very sure. Please avoid detergent for some time. You can consult me with photos for detailed prescription and other instructions to reduce the recurrence.
