Can we have stomach pain for 3-4 days just day after conceiving ? If yes then is it safe having diclofenac based pain reliever medicine for it?

After 26 days of delivery I feel pain after going toilet also swelling seen there. On delivery time government doctor prescribed a medicine that is diclofenac sodium 50 mg tablet for 7 days but these medicines not available in open market So I take voveran 50 mg tablet in place of diclofenac to get relive from pain. Is there any side effect to me or my baby on brestfeeding.

My mother is 57 years old and having rheumatoid arthritis for about 17 years. She is experiencing extreme pain in knee joints and hands. She takes painkiller - diclofenac once daily for pain. Now from about last 25 days, she is taking Harsingar leaves extract on empty stomach in morning. She is taking diclofenac once in 4 days. Now there is also swelling in hand joints for last 3 days. Is Harsingar causing side effect. Can accupuncture cure rheumatoid arthritis. Please suggest remedy for this.

Doctor said to take metronidazole 400mg(mrng,afrnun,night), ciprofloxacin 500mg(mrng,night), diclofenac sodium 100mg(mrng,night), pcm 500mg(mrng,aftrnun,night), Doxycycline 100mg(mrng,night), lactulose syrup(mrng,afrnun,night) can I skip pcm and diclofenac ?

There has been some different feeling in my arms and legs . Its not something like cramps . Used multiple MR but of no help.. it gets better for sometime when i apply diclofenac or hot water compression .. my cbc counts are within normal limits .. please help

She gets a severe stomach burning after taking all medications.
